The Founder

Built in public.
Earned in order.

I'm Marcus. I spent years in a traditional career before deciding to rebuild my life around the body — and around helping other people do the same. ENVOI is that transition, documented honestly rather than staged.

I'm completing my personal training certification now. Bodywork education, movement training and nutrition coaching follow — in that order, each one earned before it is offered. The practice grows as I do.

The Standard

Nothing oversold

No credential is listed here until it is earned, and no facility is implied that doesn't yet exist. What you see is what is true today.

The Method

Written, not improvised

Assess, plan, train, recover, track, refine. The same loop for every client — because results come from structure, not charisma.

The Field

Impact built in

Community movement is part of the business, not a side charity. Open sessions, subsidised slots and a published commitment.

The Field

Movement that includes
more people.

The Field exists because fitness spaces haven't always been welcoming to everyone. Our community programming — group hikes, outdoor mobility, recovery walks and education — is designed with particular care for Black LGBTQ+ people to connect through health and shared experience. It is open, it is funded, and it is part of the plan from day one.
